This cereal is great! The nutritional profile is fantastic for those looking to cut out all of the additives, preservatives, HFCS, etc, etc from the foods they eat. A great addition to a clean diet. I eat this everyday for breakfast!

Quaker Chewy Granola Bar Low Fat Oatmeal Raisin, 8-Count Boxes (Pack of 12)

I stumbled across these in the grocery store today, after having purchased the 25% less sugar chocolate chip version. Surely there must be a tasty oatmeal raisin equivalent, my stomach wondered. Sure enough there is! Just 90 calories, 10% less than the chocolate chip version?! Sounds promising I thought. No high fructose corn syrup, 0 g trans fats, sign me up! Upon closer inspection, these granola bars aren't quite as healthy as they're advertised; they still contain corn syrup, though not "high fructose" corn syrup, as well as a bunch of preservatives, oligofructose, polydextrose, and various hydrogenated oils. Minus 1 star.Taste wise, they're terrible compared to their low fat chocolate chip brethren. There's nary a raisin to be found, and somehow, the oatmeal to barley/rice ratio is very low on these compared to the chocolate chip version. If I wanted a barley/rice bar, I wouldn't have bought a product that said "granola" on the front. Additionally, the bar is very dry; I think the lack of a nice fat (chocolate chips) definitely leaves something to be desired.Don't buy the 90 calorie oatmeal raisin bars. Buy the lowfat 100 cal chocolate chip ones if you truly must have "lowfat", but I'd recommend just getting the full-fat, tastier regular Quaker bars. It's really only just a 40 calorie difference, and you can teach yourself some better self-discipline.

Freeland Go Raw Bars, Granola, 1.8-Ounce Bar (Pack of 20)

I think perhaps that some of the previous reviewers are missing the point. These bars are "live" food as they are sprouted and not cooked. Hence they are easier to digest, contain all the natural enzymes that nature intended, and a are naturally wholesome! No they are not super sweet but they taste great nevertheless. In my opinion, it's the best bar out there. I can't stand all the other processed bars. They use lots of sugar to cover the dead and processed taste. And I absolutely love the fact that these bars are free from all the common food allergens!

Quaker Chewy Granola Bar Low Fat Chocolate Chunk, 8-Count Boxes (Pack of 12)

The title of this item says "8-Count Boxes (Pack of 12)". However, in the Product Features description, it says "Pack of twelve, 10-count boxes each." The picture of the item shows that there are 10 bars in the box as well. I just received my order, and the boxes only have 8 bars each. I am very disappointed because I thought I would be getting 10 bars. This isn't as good a value - I can get a better deal with coupons in the grocery store.

Cascadian Farms Organic Chocolate Chip Granola Bar ( 12x7.4 OZ)

I've been eating the Cascadian Farms granola bars with chocolate (Cascadian Farm Organic Chewy Granola Bars, Chocolate Chip, 6 Count Boxes (Pack of 3))for a few years now, and have it delivered on a regular schedule. Each bar is very good, packed together (or bonded) with honey. I am hooked. When I go to bed I tuck a few under the covers and then remove them some 15 minutes later, when they are warm, thus more malleable and less of a threat to my crowns!Whatever...the name and list of ingredients make me think I'm doing something healthy.

Cascadian Farm Organic Dark Chocolate Almond Granola Cereal, 13.25-Ounce Boxes (Pack of 10)

For years I've made my own mix of granola, and then I discovered this, which is almost exactly what I was mixing up myself. The nuggets have just the right crunch, and the chocolate pieces tend to be stuck in the middle, which keeps your fingers from getting melted chocolate on them if you're munching on it as a snack. For breakfast with milk I suggest adding some raisins or craisins, and then it's exactly like my custom mix.

Kashi TLC Crunchy Granola Bar, Pumpkin Spice Flax, 6-2 Bars Pouches, 1.4-Ounces (Pack of 12)

I just received these bars and inhaled one in about a nanosecond, that's how good they are. Also I guess I'm a bit perplexed by the comments on how hard they are. It clearly says they are "crunchy", which they are, but are no crunchier than the "Nature Valley Oats and Honey" bars that I am also a fan of. They are crunchy because they don't have all the fat in them so it's a great pay-off as far as I'm concerned. I couldn't be happier, they are a quick, easy, healthy snack. YUM!

Fiber One Chewy Bars, Oats & Chocolate, 5-Count Boxes (Pack of 12)

Yes, indeed! These are really yummy bars with a delightful chewy texture, but OH MY GOSH! THE GAS! I ate one this morning and am still suffering from gas and groaning bowels. I don't give up easily, either. I got a box of 30 of these things from Costco and have "tested" about half of them and the same thing has happened every time I've eaten one. I am giving up and throwing the rest out. Please note that the first listed ingredient is chicory root extract. I looked that up online and found out that chicory root is a mild laxative! Goodbye tasty little bars!

Quaker Chewy Variety Pack Granola Bars - 48ct

my daughter is a busy college student who doesn't have time for breakfast, so she grabs a granola bar on her way out the door. At Christmas time we got her a large box of g.bars from Costco, but she was running out. I was pleased when I discovered I could order just the flavors she likes best on Amazon.... We live in different countries now, so it's wonderful to order special things she enjoys and have them quickly delivered to her at college..
